Job Description

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and accountability.Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, including SMEs, agencies, and partners.Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive alignment and support overall business objectives.Implement sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and pipeline activity to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales and digital technology.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the digital technology or SaaS industry, System Integrator. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights.Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
